Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with management and working colleagues to ensure smooth operation at all times
- Implement retail development strategies and promotions
- Control store operation and manage inventory effectively
- Maintain a high standard of service to customers. Be efficient and courteous
- Maximize profitability and achieve sales targets
- Introduce existing and new products to clients – ability to promote and sell supplier brands
- Attending product and sales training sessions and applying knowledge to improve sales techniques and results
- Implementing events, promotions, tastings with key partners to achieve set targets
- Regularly report to management
- Provide accurate feedback to management with respect to product success, competitor information, problems and opportunities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Experience minimum 3 years retail experience.
- Positive, energetic, flexible, team player, good command of English skills, ability to multi-task, ability to implement strategies and plans, strong organizational skills, strong sales skills
