Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control project as Project Management in overall procedure, time line and man power
- Analyze situation and coordinate with related team to make smooth process
- Control budget and lead time of project
- Solve problem and support team as well as provide guidance
- Coordinate and manage with sub-contractor
- Set meeting and share information to achieve project’s goal
- Coordinate with Japan HQ, Thailand and third parties
- Do report and summarize project to management
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field (Electrical Power, Construction)
- Experience over 8 years as Project Management in construction or electrical related plant
- Experience to manage team (over 500 staffs)
- Leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Japanese language required JLPT 2 or above
- Good communication skill of English
- Understand well in Japanese and multi working cultural
- Logical, systematical thinking, self-management skill
- Able to go for business trip as project in abroad
