Job Responsibilities
- Manages all work activities in the warehouse to meet customer requirement and achieve operational KPI target
- Responsibility for warehouse budget, forecast, manpower planning and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and customers
- Planning storage space within the warehouse to ensure proper performance and optimize space utilization
- Effectively deploy warehouse resources (people and equipment) to obtain maximum utilization/efficiency
- Regularly review procedure/work instruction and initiate improvement activity to improve process’s efficiency and quality
- Support an implementation for new warehouse project/client
- Lead/guide staff towards continuous improvement couture and seek way to improve operating cost and productivity
Experience requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Warehouse and Transpiration Management
- Experience from Frozen Food or FMCG products
- Experience from Tire industry or products
- Strong Leadership and decision making
- Able to do multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Flexible on traveling and working location
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in the field of Logistics Management or related
