Finance and Accounting Manager

Accounting

• Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
• Audit accounting and finance departments
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing system

Finance

• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
• Prepare financial statements and analysis for whole of the company 

• Previous working experience in Accounting, Finance or both at least for 15 years
• Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system implementation a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Leadership and strong management skills is required
• Good command in English
• Having CPD is a must

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
