Job Responsibilities
- Assist HR manager to operate human resource management, human resource development and administration
- Develops and monitors an annual budget of administrative cost
- Support HR manager in assigned project for improvement and development to be aligned with company business direction
- Responsible for training and development by conducting training need survey, design training program, IDP, succession planning for compliance and employee performance improvement
- Responsible for administrative task (Visa, Work Permit, Document Control, Budgeting and Cost Control)
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings or seminar
- Other duties to be assigned by the immediate boss and executive management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource, law or any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience working in HR Functions, with 5 years experiences working in Senior Chief, Supervisor or Assistant Manager Level from medium automotive or manufacturing industry is required
- Strong in training and development and administrative tasks will be advantage
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Good communication skill, hands on, multitasking with positive attitude
