Job Responsibilities
- Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing & attending in related meetings.
- Follow up an important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are met or determining project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Develop project strategies.
- Assess project risks and provide solutions where applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, Computer and relevant field.
- At least 2 years experiences in develop automation system relating programs.
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Good command of English (TOEIC 650 or upper)
- Good personality and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
