Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Establish maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
- Establish and define Department budget & activities, Master plan & Key Performance Indicator to ensure attainable goal and target.
- Manage and control spare parts, equipment to ensure it cover & adequate for repairing the machinery and costs effectiveness
- Manage and control all Maintenance cost
- Establish and review weekly, monthly and yearly of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Give advice to subordinate for deep analysis and solve the problems to prevent unexpected incident occur.
- To support and drive the manufacturing operations with maximize efficiency & safety.
- Manage manpower, equipment, raw materials and method for machine.
- Manage and support the SSQ5K and CSR activity.
- Implement the system for IATF 16949, ISO14001 and another.
- Support and Participate Big Cleaning Day, 5S and Safety Patrol
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years of working in Maintenance function from Automotive parts manufacturing company, plus 5 years’ experiences as managerial staff level
- Strong leadership, People management skills
- Good communicator and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Computer literacy
- Honest, Positive thinking, Logical & Analytical thinking
- Flexibility & highly self-discipline and motivation
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering field
