Air Freight Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation team to handle all Airfreight Shipment of the company
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with partners; all foreign agents/ Airlines/ Master Loaders Air Cargo Shipping, Air Freight Customs Clearance, etc.
- Negotiates rates and contracts with air carriers as well as other subcontractors
- Ensure effective and smooth cooperation and expand the business activities with the agents/partners.
- Oversees compliance with applicable local and international Government Agencies’ (such as IATA, etc.) requirements, laws and regulations as well as company standards.
- Provide and present performance report to the company’s executive.
Experience requirements
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Airfreight, in manager level is preferred
- Good command of English with ability to operate domestic, import and export
- Possess vision, passion, drive, confident and results oriented attitude and the desire to continuously improve service offerings
- Good communication, leadership, strategic planning, problem solving and initiation skills
Education requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Logistics or related field
