Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for design (30%) and project management (70%).
- Coordinating and liaising with consultants on the delivery of drawings and technical submissions.
- Attending design coordination meetings.
- Managing and monitoring the progress of designs to be delivered in a timely manner.
- Liaising with the Commercial team to ensure costs are within budget and meet the stipulated specifications.
- Reviewing and commenting on contractor submissions.
- Inspecting architectural works.
Experience requirements
- Required skill(s): Design Management, Architectural Quality Control Management etc.
- Senior Technical Architect. 10-15 years’ experience with technical construction drawings.
- Experience with 100% completed construction projects. (high rise, mixed - use).
- Very good in English.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
