- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Manage subordinates and support Manager

Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Have working experience in call center – Car maker, Car leasing or any related
- Service minded person
- Solving problem skill, high responsibility
