Job Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle all front desk related activities
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
- Check members into the system
- New member sign-up
- Take prospective members on tours
- Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club
Experience requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Be able to work in a shift : 06:00 – 15:00, 11:00-20:00 and 14:00 – 23:00 (5 days/week)
Education requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
