- Responsible for Internal Audit.
- Monitor quality of call; assess file for call and case quality.
- Attend to clients’ audit-monthly, quarter and yearly.
- In charge of Outsourced Service Provider’s Audit Report, setting up SOP and policies for Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Evaluation Program and provide actionable measure for improvement.
- Training & Coaching to improve on efficiency; sharing of effective & productive calls to improve negotiation skillset
- Monthly refresher to share on areas of improvements like what constitutes a quality call,.
- Improve the collection process, evaluation form, reporting etc.
- Others as assigned
- At least 6 years of work experience as QA
- Knowledgeable in Collections system, Quality Assurance Metrics and Best Practices
- Knowledgeable in Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) will be a plus
- Good command of English
- Able to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
