Job Responsibilities
- Establish HR team and improve HR system to enhance company business strategy
- Develop and lead the HR strategy and support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company in the full span of HR
- Develop HR policies and regulations to ensure that business run efficiently and comply with labor law and others related
- Responsible for recruitment the right one to the right job at the right time and as per the company’s need
- Facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions
- Develop and implement the appropriate training and development plan
- Responsible for overseeing effective succession planning for the business, spot internal talent and develop appropriately
- Review employee benefits, compensation, and make recommendations for pay rises and total compensation strategy for competitive and effectiveness
- Initiate the tools for organization development
- Act as the partner & consultant for management, line managers, and staff in term of HR issues
- Report to President
Experience requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Industrial psychology, or any related field.
- Over 15 years experience in HR full spectrum from large scale of manufacturing company
- Experience in managing large HR team member
- Strong background of people and organization development is desirable
- Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to communicate in English
- People-oriented, strategic and creative thinking, proactive, strong leadership
Education requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Industrial psychology, or any related field.
