Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall human resources management roles including recruitment, interviews for all positions in the headquarters and subsidiaries as well as recruitment website and headhunting management.
- Responsible for visa and work permit processing for foreign employees.
- Develop human resources policies and procedures.
- Manage personnel files of all staff and conduct and process staff payroll.
- Update internal rules and regulations of the company.
- Coordinate about administration tasks and other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields with experiences in Human Resources especially from logistics, import and export trade, e-commerce, finance, insurance, banking businesses at least 5 years in managerial level
- Strong in recruitment and experienced in visa processing for foreign employees
- Strong knowledge in relevant labor laws and regulations
- Competent in Microsoft Office, HRIS, Payroll etc. and fluent communication in English
