Job Responsibilities
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies
- Coordinate with Sales team and supplier
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
- Manage logistics flow(control delivery schedule)
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
- Good command of Japanese (N3 up) & able to communicate with Japanese Manager.
- Have purchasing experience in Automotive parts industry.
- Prefer having experience as a leader.
- Communicable English.
