Job Responsibilities
  • Cooperate closely with senior management, especially regarding talent development & acquisition, employee engagement, and applying policies and strategies to ensure the company's performance continues to improve
  • Act as a bridged between business management and HR teams
  • Responsible for leading, developing and integrating human resource strategy that aligns with the company’s direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of company core values, and key performance measures into the performance management system
  • Communicate relevant HR information and updates to the management and ensuring that this information is cascaded down to all levels properly
  • Review, develop and implement policies & procedures and HR strategies to achieve corporate and business objective
  • Manage a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organised, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy
  • Responsible for compensation & benefits research, analysis and administration
  • Develop compensation & benefits policy in order to analyse the company competitive pay position against target competitors and market
  • Manage and monitor overall training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsource of training programs, and evaluation of the effectiveness of training aspects
  • Manager and monitor overall administrative functions.


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resource management or any related field
  • At least 15 years in full function of human resource and administration with at least 7 years in management level from public or holding company.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, sustainability, personal data management, anti-corruption strategy, organisation development, succession planning, talent management and performance management
  • Good knowledge of HR management best practices and labour law; strong influencing, change management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative, innovative and passionately


Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resource management or any related field
