Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the business, propose and implement action plan to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, and support key business strategies.
- Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed in an organized manner according to the guidelines.
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, and assures all policies are enforced.
- Support the organization of in-store & promotional events, liaising with merchandising & PR team.

Experience requirements
- 5 years of experiences in retail management - luxury experience in preferred.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
- Have leadership, confident, organization skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and good personality.
- Excellent English command and strong communication skill .
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field
