Purchasing Engineer Manager

Job description:

• Strategic planning and manage purchasing department to receive the product that meet the quality requirements and able to delivery product as required and with efficiency cost.
  • Sourcing suppliers/subcontractors for procurement requirements in relevant projects and selecting the best suppliers.
  • Selecting and negotiating for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers/ sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with users and suppliers and solve the problem to be the highest efficiency work and least damage.
  • Improves team performance and manages team members that perform activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in supports of company operations.
  • Take care of strategic planning for purchasing both short and long term.
  • Analyze the results with make suggestions by using both business (technical) and all information to present to the director/manager for further consideration and improvement in the strategy.

Qualification:

• Male, Thai native speaker, 36-45 years old
  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
  • 10+ Years' experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain environment with an Engineering business background.
  • Experienced in Construction, Warehouse field.
  • Experienced with ISO document system and Procurement procedure.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Must possess excellent attitude, ability to multi-task, able to work under high pressure with challenging target.
