Senior Business Control Manager-International Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities
- Be in charged of driving performance improvement of responsible business unit to be aligned with overall operations process and objectives
- Review KPI-related reporting and gap analysis of business unit
- Support plant operation unit to improvement initiatives
- Responsible for the follow up on operating expenses
- Coordinate with plant operation management on all financial approval process
- Work close to international manufacturing in overseas and other functions within organization in order to optimize end-to-end cost performance
- Monitor and secure that the operation is measured in a relevant way with the purpose to minimize the investments and operating cost
- Secure that financial consideration appropriately influence decisions and that financial consequence and considerations are well- understood by decision makers
- Assure to company group financial Policies and Procedures and the Financial Framework
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance administration and/or Business Administration
- Experience in cost and business controlling in management level with international scope from automotive industry is strongly desired
- Strong background of cost and financial analysis
- Possess Thai custom free trade zone and international trade knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English communication
- SAP experience and knowledge is required
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Familiar with diversity of cross culture working environment
