- Manage day to day operation to ensure that things run smoothly and to deliver high-quality services to customers.
- Ensure that provided practice and methodologies have been consistently applied to every staffs, in order to maintain the standard in all branches.
- Lead sales team and ensure that they reach the sales targets, as well as coaching and training the staffs.
- Working closely with the HR team to make sure that people development practice has been developed and shown in the result of a low retention.
- Manage P&L, budget planning and ensure a good ROI.
- Increase overall sales targets and ensure customer sanctification exceed the benchmarks.
- Submit reports timely and accurately; showing the tracking and monitoring processes.
- At least bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5 year’s plus sales experience and 2 years plus Sales Management Experience, ideally with premium B2C product.
- Fluent English and local language.
- Experience managing a business and a P&L
