Costing Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Provide detailed analysis, budget vs actual comparison and prepare budget commentaries & advisory
- Assist preparation of capital investment plan
- Support Forecast, and align to Budget assumptions, Parameters and Cost Drivers
- Month end preparation and processing
- Provide variance analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly and yearly) versus plan (participate in Process Orders variance meeting with Production Department)
- Analyze and review trend using historical data eg. Scrap Factor, Line & Labor efficiencies and Energy Standards and communicate to process owners and analysis of actual labor costs, impact of line efficiencies and monitor idle labor costs
- Get involved in new product development teams by coordinating with factory teams to provide timely and accurate information to perform indicative costing
Experience requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in costing from manufacturing, food and beverage or FMCG industry is preferable
- Good command of English
- Good computer skill and able to use SAP
- Excellent coordination and analytical skill
