· Responsible for overall human resources management roles including recruitment, HRIS, HRD, ER, Payroll and interviews for all positions in the headquarters and plant.
· Develop human resources policies and procedures.
· Manage personnel files of all staff and conduct and process staff payroll.
· Update internal rules and regulations of the company.
· Coordinate about administration tasks and other tasks as assigned by the Management.
· Bachelor’s Degree in any fields with experiences in Human Resources especially from manufacturing, trading businesses at least 3 years in managerial level
· Strong in recruitment, HRD, payroll, and strong knowledge in relevant labor laws and regulations
· Competent in Microsoft Office, HRIS, Payroll etc. and communicate well in English
