Flea and Fresh Market Manager

Job Responsibilities
- In charge of overall management for a shopping mall/flea market.
- Take care of legal/agreement matters for shop owners.
- Manage over 200 shop units; food, outfits, theater, other fashion and lifestyle products.
- Recruit, train and managing team for staffs.
- Manage anchor, retail, temporary area. Review the tenant's agreement and renewal contract.
- Update Tenants Handbook including rule and regulation in shopping mall.
- Search new customers and maintain relationship of existing customers.
- Woke closely with CEO, MD and management team to manage Shopping Mall.
Experience requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Fresh Market field.
- Good knowledge of Fresh Market Operation.
- Able to work well under pressure, and a fast learner.
- Results-oriented with good selling and customer service skills.
- Proactive leader with strong people management skills.
- Mature personality and able to handle tough situations independently.
