Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting
- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations,
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
- Design and development of risk assessments, annual audit plans, audit programs, and internal audit reports.
- Coordinating with internal and external audit consultant
Experience requirements
- 10 years of experience as an Accounting and Finance
- Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Held CPD license
- Must be able to work on Monday - Saturday
- Experiences in construction is advantage
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration
