Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop business through Dealer Network and / or direct sales to Key account
  • Develop market strategy for construction vehicle product in Thailand
    • Product plan and price positioning
    • Warranty and commercial offer
    • Dealer/ network coverage plan (regional) to achieve 95% coverage by 2023
    • Identify requirements for financing options for wholesale/ retail
    • Considerations for establishment of small commercial hub
    • Manpower plan for sales, aftersales
    • Manage and support existing distribution and develop new distribution channels for brand of excavator
  • Propose annual operating plan (budget)
  • Responsible for P&L
  • Assess market potential and identify opportunities for new business and increased penetration
  • Achieve sales goals for targeted product lines (Own and manage monthly sales forecast process)
  • Dealer management
  • Lead & manage local team
  • Work cross functionally with Sales Leadership in related businesses, Marketing, Pats, Service
Experience requirements
  • Professional experience in sales in heavy equipment industry or similar (automotive or agricultural).
  • Maintain contacts with Technical, Marketing, Service, Product Management and Finance Departments to provide excellent customer service in all areas.
  • Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding in developing sales through distribution networks.
  • Fluency in Thai, good knowledge of English would be beneficial
  • Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent
  • Readiness for travelling across dedicated region
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
