Product Manager (Excavator Product)

Job Responsibilities
- Managing the product ranges by developing and implementing a plan for excavator product, with clear sales, market share, revenue, and margin objectives to achieve in the short, medium and long term.
- Customizing product Feature and Benefit for Excavators Product to target customer segmentation.
- Conducted product & price management activities including analysis and follow up of the local market (needs, competition, prices and share)
- Examining current and new product groups and establishing competitive offering and features for product line and range updates.
- Analyze company and competitor sales mix. Prioritize projects to complete the product lineup.
- Improve current product offerings to ensure they meet customer needs and market demands in terms of performance, features and pricing. Maximize product performance.
- Determining and updating price level of products in consideration with competition and market conditions. Suggest pricing for development of general pricing strategies and specific configuration pricing, including programs to meet the market at a wholesale and retail level.
- Close coordination and communication with the commercial sales team.
- Responsible in New Product Launches
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to work in a constructive and cooperative manner.
- Undertake other tasks as directed or that may develop due to the changing aspects of the role.
Experience requirements
- Product or Engineering experience: minimum 5 years
- Experience in marketing brands, with at least 3 years within a key leadership in Thailand
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning direction with HQ and cross functional teams
- Capable of cultivating a strong team environment across regions and functions
- Ability to lead by example as a coach and mentor to others
- Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations
- Strong planning, prioritization, budgetary and project management competencies
- Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, culture, trends, etc.
- Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends
- Act at all times in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety policy, procedures and standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines and take corrective action when necessary
Education requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
