Job Responsibilities
- Develops and organizes short-term and long-term sales and marketing plan and strategies to ensure company objective achievement nationwide.
- Manage overall sales channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, B2B and Online). Analyze sales strategy and conduct marketing opportunity analysis to determine business growth.
- Relationship management of existing strategic clients
- Develop product strategy and roadmaps and Deliver excellent levels of client satisfaction
- Forecast and control sales planning
- Do the business plans for all current and opportunity business
- Contributes to sales managers effort
- Manage overall online and offline marketing functions including strategic planning, corporate communications and business development Develop, analyze, implement and measure strategic marketing plan, market potential and profitability.
- Engage with product management teams on the launch and lifecycle management of products including development of key deliverables.
- Manage overall in service department. Monitor and provide solution to meet customer expectations
- Work closely with the management team
Experience requirements
- 10+ years of management level
- Having Customer Relation Management Knowledge
- Very good in English
Education requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master Degree in field of MBA, Marketing, International Business will be advantage
