Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Company’s financial reporting and management reporting
- Prepare and review month-end closing, variance analysis, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and forecasting and liaising with various business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle financial year-end audit, coordinate with auditors & prepare the necessary schedules
- Responsible for monthly consolidation and financial reporting of the Group
- Support managers to develop budgets, understand financial reports, and ensure their financial responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain appropriate accounting procedures, processes and systems
- Maintain accounting reports and schedules for internal (management reporting) and/or for external (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements, budget reporting, and variance analysis and budget preparation
- Update of cash flow and treasury management
- Prepare and responsible for aging and management reports
- Ensure calculation of tax liabilities, tax form preparation, external filing/reporting and transaction
Experience requirements
- Minimum 7 years‘ of working experience in similar position
- Proficiency with ERP system(s) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good analytical skills with regards to financial data, reporting, statements, projections, Budgeting, Finance Analysis Reports, Tax
- Fluency in English and Thai, both in written and oral communication
- CPA qualification will be an added advantage
