Job Responsibilities
- Set objectives for the account receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals Monitor processing of invoices
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Conduct credit checks and credit management
- Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
- Support team on a daily basis and train new team members
- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, account receivable from large manufacturing company with more than 5,000 MB for AR transaction and 10,000 MB collections
- Good computer software and SAP
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership and positive attitude
