Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation team to ensure prompt and professional customer support
- Work closely with Marketing team to analyze sales and GA data to suggest and create weekly merchandising strategy and sales opportunities.
- Analyze customer interaction data from GA to create optimized category, landing, and homepage design strategy.
- Work closely with the server-side engineer to ensure the trouble free customer journey.
- Suggest, execute and oversee platform UI&UX development, improvement and optimization based on customer feedback, sales data, and behavioral data from the digital marketing tool.
- Partner with third party venders to suggest and create a new sales opportunity.
- Work closely with SCM manager to monitor the inventory level and ensure the just in time replenishment of the inventory.
- Provide weekly visitor and sales report to the management team and suggest improvement.
- Implement and manage third party marketplace accounts including that of e books.
- Management of the storefront including adding and removing of product, category and promotional campaign.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Proficient use of Magento CMS with the minimum of 3-5 years experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation and management of B to C e-commerce site
- General understanding of web and server technology.
- Must have using experience of Google Analytics
- Must be data oriented in strategy and decision-making process.
- Track record for achievement in online retail business.
- Has strong passion with Japanese manga, anime, game and movie.
- Excellent command in both Thai & English, Japanese is a plus.
