Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with various parts of the company to identify, understand and manage Government related issues and regulatory matters.
- Develops and strengthens relationships with key decision makers and influencers in and outside of government.
- Coordinates with law firms or agencies to follow up the process of contract drafting or litigation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as related documents to third parties.
- Responsible for all corporate matters.
- Review, draft and revise all legal documents relating to the corporation.
- Provide legal steps for customers claim.
- Negotiate with customers regarding to consumers protection claims against the Company.
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Supporting management in the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
- Corresponding with public or private authorities and/or other related parties on the legal issues.
- Proficiency in Corporate/Commercial Law.
- Assist in ensuring that the operation of the company’s business complies with laws and other prevalent regulatory provisions.
- Consult all business units regarding all legal issues/questions.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws
- At least 10 years of legal experience preferred
- Commitment to a long-term position
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and mature
- Experienced in draft and review contracts and agreements
- Fluent communication in English (TOEIC Score 850+)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent in interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
- Work well under pressure.
- Experiences as Legal/Compliance such as Contract Reveiw, Litigation, Legal Consultation in manufacturing corporation preferrable.
- To be of Cheerful Disposition.
