Job Responsibilities

  • Serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Maintain price list
  • Handle Order Entry 
  • Check product availability
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for products availability
  • Arrange shipments, delivery until end process
  • Issue correct shipping documentation
  • Solicit pending payments
  • Support Sales Manager
  • Supply various documentation to customers
  • Contribute to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of each problem

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 2 - 4 years experience in Industrial Customer Service, Coordinator, Administration, Sales support or related field
  • Experience with global network
  • Preferred experience with SAP
  • Ability to make good relationship with current customer and new prospect customers
  • Result oriented, accurate and customer focus
  • Team work, good listener, open mind
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
