Job Responsibilities
- Contact and coordinate with Hub in China for client’s information and details (medical package, accidents and other health issues)
- Assist Japanese customers to serve the best service as well as provide information for them
- Interpret and coordinate with customers and staff in hospital if any urgent
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- New graduated is also welcomed
- Prefer having over 1 year working experience
- Japanese language: Least JLPT 2
- Basic communicable in English
- Flexible, service minded and out going type of person
