Job Responsibilities
- Leading the sites within the region/country ensuring targets are reached
- Recruiting and developing the personnel within the region/country, training new staff
- Managing and executing marketing plan to increase sales
- Securing and planning opening of new sites
- Generating weekly planning staffing of sites and evaluating the way of working to ensure optimized efficiency
- Handling of governmental administration and building good relationship with authorities
- Assisting in establishing local partnerships and cooperation for sites
- Securing that processes and guidelines supplied by HQ are implemented are followed
- Generating financial report according to requirements and yearly budget
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
- At least 5 years' relevant working experience, especially in entertainment, fitness would be advantage
- Dynamic, fast learner and decisive person
- Possesses leadership and problem-solving skills
