Manager Level

• FMCG/Grocery Retail Background is a MUST

• Minimum 5 years of Change management

• Minimum 3 years in Retail Industry

• Act as the bridge between technology and business teams, reporting to client business process owner (Head of Supply Chain)

• Work on behalf of the client to define overall supply chain solutions from business perspective including business process

• Work with IT teams as business lead to guide technology solution and requirements

• Assess overall change impact (people, process, technology) from ‘as is’ to ‘to be’ technology design and create 1 page change plan, identifying business initiatives to be completed to get ready for and make technology success

• Able to provide an opinion on retail supply chain in Thailand and some war stories to share

• Understanding of supply chain strategies, processes and in the context of retail industry, ideally grocery including fresh and non fresh

Analyst Level

• Mininum 1 years of Change management

• Hands-on Organizational Change Management project

• Develop and determine business change impacts and business priorities to enable a successful transition to the target state.
