• FMCG/Grocery Retail Background is a MUST
• Act as the extension of client Business Lead or Business Process Owner to define future business processes, plan for and execute business readiness activities.
• This is a role acting as client side advisor and working very closely with and building rapport with equivalent client manager or director resource who would have final approvals.
• Client defines Customer as CRM, loyalty, customer touch point, customer reporting & analytics.
• Key Skills: Change Management, eCommerce Retail knowledge, Business Process Design
• Fluent in Thai and English language (oral and written)
