Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize campaign and loyalty program strategies to build consumer retention and re-purchase
  • Consistently look for new and innovative ways to collect consumer data
  • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data and business needs
  • Prioritize actionable data point that has the highest potential contribution to the business
  • Leverage data to build insights using data modeling
  • Partner with the other function and markets to design attractive offers to effectively drive retention and sales  

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Loyalty Manager, CRM, and Consumer insight
  • Experience in Home Appliance product is the advantage
  • Experience in CRM and Data Analyst in APAC business area 
  • Good command of English
