Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and Response to customer issue or problem.
  • Support database tasks such as database configuration, performance monitoring, database report generation
  • Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems.
  • Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to customers.
  • Provide reports to customers upon requests.
  • Perform routine operation and maintenance for customers.


Experience requirements


  • 1-5 years’ experience in direct IT/Network/Engineering Technical support
  • Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
  • Basic knowledge of
    • Basic Database admin
    • Computer/Server Hardware, o Windows operating system,
    • MS Office
    • Microsoft Exchange and Outlook (optional)
  • Experience with below products would be benefit:
    • Windows Server or higher.
    • Database admin.
  • Good Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good command of English. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit.
  • Customer Service mind.
  • Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
  • Fair typing skill for both English and Thai. (Estimate: 20 words per minute)
Education requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields.
