Job Responsibilities
- Receive and Response to customer issue or problem.
- Support database tasks such as database configuration, performance monitoring, database report generation
- Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems.
- Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to customers.
- Provide reports to customers upon requests.
- Perform routine operation and maintenance for customers.
Experience requirements
- 1-5 years’ experience in direct IT/Network/Engineering Technical support
- Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
- Basic knowledge of
- Basic Database admin
- Computer/Server Hardware, o Windows operating system,
- MS Office
- Microsoft Exchange and Outlook (optional)
- Experience with below products would be benefit:
- Windows Server or higher.
- Database admin.
- Good Troubleshooting skills.
- Good command of English. (preferred)
- Excellent communication skill.
- Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit.
- Customer Service mind.
- Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
- Fair typing skill for both English and Thai. (Estimate: 20 words per minute)
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields.
