Job Responsibilities
- Oversee & control in Production Process (Mainly), Production Engineer, Maintenance and Quality
- Improve process to be more effective and efficient
- Plan and manage production schedules
- Assess resource requirements for production process
- Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timescales with management and all stake holders
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Determine quality control standards
- Counsel and advise the working method to staff in order to increase productivity
- Lead department meeting and participate in management meeting to report performance and problems
- Direct report to Managing Director (Foreigner)
Experience requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Production from Manufacturer of Automotive Parts
- Good knowledge of IATF16949 and related
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving with innovation, adaptability and management skills
- Very good command of English
Education requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
