Job Summary

To support the development of Modis in Thailand, we are seeking an experienced IT professional who will assist both new and existing clients in the provision of Outsourced IT Services & Solutions. In your role as Technical Support Manager, you will:

 

  • Work with new and existing clients to define IT project scope and pricing.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of all new IT projects and ensure sufficient resource is in place.
  • Manage a team of IT Support Technicians and ensure service performance targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Job Qualifications

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and capable individual to assist in the launch of a global brand into the Thai and wider ASEAN market. To be successful in your application, it will be necessary for you to be able to demonstrate your experience in the pricing, implementation and delivery of a wide variety of IT / Technical projects for a range of local and international clients.
