· Meeting and exceeding sales budgets (goals) of territory in charge
· Services existing accounts, obtain orders, protect from competitors, and establishes new accounts
· Negotiating with customers (Price, lead time, delivery, services, etc.,)
· Making and giving presentations by studying the type of products, customer’s situation
· Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports
· Obtain professional knowledge of metal cutting, grinding, washing process
· Maintain and develop a relationship with customers and resellers
· Research/update and report of customers information (Products, Production volume, potential, forecast, competitors, price, key-persons, etc.,)
· Update user’s information on SalesForce software continuously
· Follow management instruction and report timely as per required
· Good communication with relevant sections
· Helping service team for coolant change/check of customers in charge
· Performing other duties instructed by management
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Science, or related fields
· Experience in sales B2B especially to manufacturers is welcome
· Experience in Chemical Sales, Cleaning chemical would be preferred
· Knowledge of metal cutting, grinding, washing process
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good negotiation and presentation skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
