Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for Payroll or personal income tax, Provident fund, compensation & benefits, social security matter, provident fund, insurance, the Gardener, Driver, and Maid service etc.)
- Handle HR Function performance evaluation, training & development employee, creating & implementing company wide training & development plans, to establish training & development plans which support the business needs
- Assist employees with question related to benefit programs.
- Assist new hire orientation and assist employees with benefit enrollment forms and other required paperwork. Maintain all information and forms related to employment
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related fields.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to lead personnel
- Familiar with multinational working environment
