Job Responsibilities
- Launch of new innovative products and expand existing products
- Arranging seminars, presentation and exhibition event.
- Product demonstration and product trial.
- Work with Key Opinion Leader/ Key users to launch of new products/ increase sales and usage.
- Set up goal, budget and policies as well as processes
- Design product launch plan, strategies and action plan to achieve goal and objective for each product
- Implementation and monitoring of action plan with contingency corrective action plan
- Conduct product training
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
- Ensure all regulation affaires and registration processes to comply with all related authorities
- Oversee day-to-day operation and decision making to solve problem
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor Degree or MBA
- Good command of English and computer literate
- 3-4 years experiences in selling medical products/ devices or related fields would be an advantage
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Good analytical skill
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership with problem solving aptitude

- Able to work under pressure and self-motivation
