Job Responsibilities
- Managing full function of E-Commerce to promote and enhance company's product lines via E-Commerce channels
- Monthly performance analysis and post campaign evaluation, conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion and customer funnel. Deriving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
- Define, implement and execute go to market strategies/ business development / growth strategy for company
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and developing
- Managing and planning overall Business Expansion in Thailand
- Managing Budget, P&L and Sales target
- Developing & Managing overall E-commerce business across in various online marketplaces
Experience requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a rapidly scaling business, launching new products and building teams in the e-commerce and digital marketing space (previous founding experience is a plus) or have worked in high-growth environments such as tech, strategy consulting, or FMCG companies, E-Commerce as a Key Account Manager/E-Commerce Manager
- Think scrappily but wildly about exploring new marketing channels, building growth loops and acquisition moats through product engagement features
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
- Fluent in English and Thai.
