Job Responsibilities
- Deliver key top line ecommerce metrics through the execution and tracking of dashboards and reports, identifying trends.
- Apply eCommerce funnel based approach to analysis along with other best practices that provides value adding insights.
- Demonstrate and promote analytical rigor in reporting output and meetings.
- Execute ad hoc analysis in support of the web team and internal projects.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of existing analytics implementation and data collection strategy.
- Assist in site tagging, campaign tracking, online site enhancements, marketing capabilities and other business tracking needs.
- Pull and aggregate data from multiple sources to provide additional details and visibility.
- Partner with team members and develop a good understanding of business needs; apply analytics to help drive decision making.
- Other e-commerce related projects and assigned duties as directed by supervision.
Experience requirements
- 10 years’ experience in related field require with e-commerce retail and/or Omni-Channel analytics preferred. fluent in Excel VBA, Power Point Candidate with Google Analytics is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required, both for internal communication and clearly written documentation.
- Strong analytical and business acumen are required for high level accurate analysis and reporting of results.
- Drives collaborative teamwork within internal and cross functional acumens; identifying new opportunities to build and enhance relationships with customers to improve sales and profits.
- Strong ability to analyze data, develop meaningful insights, and clearly communicate to management team required. Candidate required to be fluent in English & Thai.
- Able to work with different time zone
Education requirements
- Bachelor Degree of related fields, MBA is a plus (economics, business, IT, statistics etc.)
