Chief Innovation Officer

• Collaborate with the Chief innovation officer to Identify, develop, and execute high-impact innovation strategy and roadmap aligned to strategic business goals and growth priorities.
•  Representative of Chief innovation officer substitute when the Chief innovation officer is busy.
• Manage a balanced portfolio of growth projects that span sustaining and disruptive initiatives focused on product, service, process, and business model innovation.
• Work closely with the business teams and product development to create viable business models and commercialization strategies for mature innovations.
• Collaborate with the Chief innovation officer to develop and maintain strong ties with teams; educate and train teams on new solutions and innovations; drive innovation, presentations and innovation sessions.
• Ensure timely, successful commercialization of innovation initiatives.
• Track and report on innovation metrics and business impact on a regular basis.
• Establish the company as a recognized innovation leader among customer and industry groups to build brand and attract and retain talent.
• Identify external assets and companies that may accelerate innovation and market access through partnerships and acquisitions

• 5 years experience in Innovation/Digital Transformation
• Strong analytical abilities in order to evaluate an organization's business opportunities and help guide innovation initiatives to tangible outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
• Experienced innovation practitioner, well oriented in conceptual solution architecture and emerging technologies
• Experience in working in cross-functional teams and innovation initiatives will be beneficial
• Experience in Design Thinking, Business Model n large organizations

Bachelor Degree of Any fields, MBA is preference
