Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for production planning, production control and engineering department
- Create the production plan & scheduling to production (MPS)
- Control all process to support production
- Control and update master file for MRP system
- Make improvement to existing processes with implement solutions and design
- Develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements
- Collaborate with sales, QC, production and supply chain department base on business condition
- Work closely & report with top management
Experience requirements
- Experience 8 - 15 years in Production Planning / Production Control / Engineering, with over 3 years in management or supervisor level
- Experience from Manufacturing Industry (Furniture business will be advantage)
- Experience with Product made to order manufacturer (>2,000 SKUs)
- Experience to implement or improve new process / ERP system in manufacturing
- Good knowledge Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- To be flexible and adaptable to new environmental and culture
- Good command of MS Office and Information Technology system
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
