Job Responsibilities
- Assess project requirements
- Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
- Machine and equipment installation, test run, service maintenance and processing
- Agree budgets, timescales and specifications with and managers
- Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
- Use computer-aided design/modelling software
- Liaise with suppliers
- Produce and implement designs and test procedures
- Test, evaluate, modify and re-test the machine and equipment
- Write reports and documentation
- Provide technical advice
- Maintenance service
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Well understand production machine and equipment since installation, test run, service maintenance and processing
- Experience production machine, equipment manufacturing
- Experience in Process and Maintenance
- Automotive Part Manufacturing is preferable
