Head of Legal and Compliance

Job Responsibilities
- Direct, oversee, and lead company’s Legal and Compliance Division
- Handle all legal and compliance matters related to company including contract and agreement, investment and fund
- Provide advice and response to inquiries related to legal and compliance to management team
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including global compliance policies
- Review related legal documents for both internal and external parties
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry associations including internal and external auditors
- Provide and oversee regulatory and compliance training
- Provide guidelines in the interpretation of regulations and guidelines for coding into the Bloomberg Trading and Portfolio Management System.
- Manage regulatory reporting, licensing matters, and continuous professional training monitoring process.
- Keep abreast of regulatory development and assess business impact.
- Monitoring and reporting of AML issues as AML Compliance Officer of Thailand Office.
- Provide advice and instructions to ensure the Company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law, Finance, or other related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in Compliance with financial intermediaries or regulators
- Experience in Analytical, Audit, Law or Compliance
- Good in English both written and spoken
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
