Job Responsibilities
- Implement and develop HR-processes, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Development Planning and Supportive Processes within the organization and drive Human Resources operations specifically: Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee activities, Employee Relations and etc.
- Develop and implement of the organization’s employment framework (policies, procedures, processes and contracts), orientation and employee handbook, create an environment where people want to deliver excellence as well as provide prompt advice and resolution to employees’ issues/concerns and effectively counsel line supervisors on employee relations & disciplinary issues
- Manage and develop HSE policies and procedures and working regulation in plant
- Manage the Annual Training and Development organizational/department/employee needs analysis and evaluation as well as design and oversee the delivery of training/ education sessions related to all staff in the business
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
- Excellence English and Chinese communication skills
- At least 5 - 10 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Abilities to cope with all aspects of Human Resources operation.
- Excellence interpersonal skill performance, good cooperation and hands-on experience
